Job Summary:
Responsible for prompt delivery of statistical counseling and support for internal and external clients in accordance with global statistical and technical standards.

Ensure proper universe updates and controls are implemented at intervals consistent with Nielsen global and regional standards
Conduct regular coverage studies of client data to ensure our trends are accurate
Provide counseling on statistical matters and procedures to clients, management and associates
Independently manage ad hoc statistical projects including design and analysis of customized experiments via effective match of available statistical techniques to clients’ needs
Develop creative statistical solutions that effectively fulfill the clients’ business needs and presents complex technical data in a clear compelling fashion
Provide value-added analyses and also resolve client problems and disputes
Conduct training in the statistical procedure for clients, client services personnel, QC staff, and field staff such that they understand the importance of their own function in achieving client output that is within the required statistical precision for our product

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

University degree in Statistics or Operations Research
experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry
Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
Project management experience
Effective writing skills
